2G Roses

2G Roses is a family owned small business located in Watsonville, California. They grow various types of flowers and ship them nationwide, for both weddings and simple enjoyment. They requested an "agricultural" feel to their site. Along with a standard website design, 2G Roses required deep integration with their ShopSite e-commerce software. A large number of the pages on the site are automatically generated from their database of products. I am currently working on renovating their website with more modern technologies and the design pictured here.

Knowledge in Action Project

I worked with a team at the University of Washington to create this website, which allows Advanced Placement teachers from around the country to collaboratively develop a curriculum for their classes. The site's functionality allows for the addition and organization of files by staff members, and for threaded discussions about those files by teachers.

Anderson McKelvey Architects

Anderson McKelvey wanted a website where they could show off their completed projects, advertise their services, and provide people with a way to contact them. They requested a dark, elegant theme for their site. I am currently working with them to make the website live, but we have finalized the design pictured here.

Michael Rosenberg Landscape Architecture

Michael Rosenberg wanted a "drawing board" feel for his landscape architecture business. The design features subtle graph paper and drawings, and emphasizes photos. The site also includes an interactive gallery of photos. This project is constantly evolving under Michael's direction, but the current design is live at http://www.mrla1.com/.

Covenant Family Tutorial

Covenant Family Tutorial needed a way to show off their array of educational programs, and asked me to create a classical-themed website to help them do this. Along with the front-end, I created a private Student Portal system which allows teachers to upload notes and other documents for students to download at home. The site is live at http://www.covenantfamilytutorial.org/.

Camp on the Hill

Camp on the Hill wanted a fun, brightly colored website to advertise their summer camp. Along with advertising, the website is used to distribute forms and information, as well as solicit employment applications. During camp, the website features flickr photo integration so that parents can see what their children have been up to. The site is live at http://www.camponthehill.com/.

Outdoor Science Exploration

Outdoor Science Exploration needed an upgrade to their aging website, so I did my best to modernize the design without changing it drastically. The site is live at http://www.osefun.com/.

Hudson Bike Tour

When a beloved history teacher embarked on a bicycle trip around the Western United States, a former classmate of mine and I created a website to show his progress online. He would send pictures and text from his phone daily, and we would post them to the website. Although the tour is completed, the website is online at http://www.hudsonbiketour.com/.
